Fathers Day Cards – handmade with love

I love the personalised items on Mothers or Fathers day, the stuff the kids make with love beats any purchased gift in my opinion, and this card we had heaps of fun making for Dad.

Fold a piece of card or paper in half and place your child’s hand so their index & thumb are on the outside of the folded piece, then trace around their hand – like this.

Cut out the piece between the thumb and finger with scissors, or have your little one do this if they are comfortable using scissors.

Then open up the card, and trace their other hand on the other side of the card.

You are now ready to let your little one at it, to colour it in and decorate it in their own personal way.

Here is Miss E’s finished product 🙂
